Welcome! I'm Potoula Diaz and I have over 25 years of experience helping people like you navigate life challenges. I specialize in relationship challenges, but also have a lot of experience in anxiety, depression, addictions, and major life transitions. My approach is warm and deeply personalized—I believe effective therapy goes beyond managing symptoms to help you understand yourself more fully, recognize the patterns keeping you stuck, and create lasting change. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, struggling in a relationship, or sensing that something needs to shift, I'm here to provide a confidential space for clarity and growth. I work with teenagers and adults using mostly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and the Gottman Method for couples. I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions and accept most major insurance plans. I'm currently accepting new clients. You don't have to have everything figured out—we can begin where you are.
